How do I book a place?
Search a destination, pick your dates and number of guests, then open a listing and follow the booking steps.
How do I cancel a booking?
Go to “My bookings” from your account: there you can track and cancel your bookings depending on their status.
How do I become a host?
Create an account, then click “Become a host” to publish your first listing (photos, amenities, availability).
I forgot my password.
On the login page, click “Forgot password?”: you'll receive an e-mail with a reset link.
